Looking at the collasping building, i can conclude that a natural disaster is happening at that point of time.It could be happening in an Asia countries as majority of the Asians are Chinese, this can be seen from their yellow skin. It might be a earthquake as there are noticable cracks along the buildings.Poles along the roads and electrical wires are destroyed.
People are escaping from the collasping buildings, as this is a run of live and death, they all seem very frantic. Probably, they are heading to a higher solid ground for shelter. Most of the people are wearing a mask, either covering their mouth or it is placed at the chin.
The air in the earthquake region must be terrible, as buildings collasped, dust filled the air. Wearing a mask also improves disaster region's hygience and temporary prevents contagious diseases from spreading before medical equipment and team can arrive.

In my opinion, i feel that wearing a mask is a very good habit, not only during disasters like this, but also during daily lives when we are sick or we are visiting a hosiptal or clinic. In one way to protect ourverselves, in another way protect other people's health by not spreading the disease to them. After this scence, i suppose they are heading to a much safer place and continue the search of their families. Hopefully, there will be much reunion of the living ones at the safer grounds and lives will continue without leaving behind many unhappy incidents.

This picture may be taken for the use in fund-raising shows or broadcast to show the public how are the situations in the disasters area. Hopefully, it will prick the public compassionate hearts and donate money or necessary items to the disasters areas and help the people who are affected to get on with their lives as smoothly as possible.
